Agreement
This Software License Agreement (this "LICENSE") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and StructProLLC ("AUTHOR"), the author of the software product ("SOFTWARE"). SOFTWARE means the software product and everything included in its official distribution packages, such as the documentation, libraries, and all other files.
License Grant
The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.
This LICENSE grants you the following rights:

Subscription License: This LICENSE grants rights for the subscription period only. Subscription is licensed for a single user — one subscription must be purchased per user. When the subscription period expires, it will NOT be automatically renewed. After expiry, you have no further rights without purchasing a new subscription.

These license terms permit installation and use of one copy of the SOFTWARE on one device, along with other rights described below.

Installation and Use Rights. Before using the software under a license, you must assign that license to one device — the "licensed device." A hardware partition or blade is considered a separate device.

Licensed Device. You may install and use one copy of the software on the licensed device. If installed on a Terminal Server or Citrix Server, a separate license is required for every physical desktop from which the application is accessed.

Portable Device. You may install another copy on a portable device for use by the single primary user of the licensed device.

Volume Licenses. AUTHOR supplies great discounts for Volume Licenses. The software may be installed and used for internal purposes only. The quantity of licensed devices may not exceed the number of licenses purchased. You may install one additional copy on a portable device per license.

Separation of Components. The components of the software are licensed as a single unit. You may not separate the components and install them on different devices.

Remote Access. The single primary user of the licensed device may access and use the software remotely from any other device. You may allow other users to access the software to provide support services. No additional licenses are required for this access. No other person may use the software under the same license at the same time for any other purpose.

Trial and Conversion. Some or all of the software may be licensed on a trial basis. Your rights are limited to the trial period. Conversion options will be presented at the expiration of your trial period. After expiration without conversion, most features of the trial software will stop running.

Backup Copy. You may make one backup copy of the media, to be used only to reinstall the software.

Transfer to a Third Party. The first user may make a one-time transfer of the software and this agreement directly to a third party. The first user must uninstall the software before transferring it and may not retain any copies. The other party must agree that this agreement applies to the transfer. The transfer must include proof of license and, for upgrades, all prior versions.
Copy, Distribute, Upload and Download

You may freely copy, distribute, upload, and download the trial version of this SOFTWARE.
Prohibited Uses
You may not, without the prior written permission of AUTHOR:

Disassemble, decompile, "unlock", decode, or otherwise reverse translate or engineer, or attempt in any manner to reconstruct or discover any source code or underlying algorithms of SOFTWARE provided in object code form only.
B
Use, copy, modify, or merge copies of the SOFTWARE and any accompanying documents except as permitted in this LICENSE.
C
Transfer, rent, lease, or sublicense the SOFTWARE.
D
Separate the software programs comprising the SOFTWARE for use by more than one user at a time.
Copyright
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animation, video, audio, music, text and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE) and the accompanying printed materials are owned by AUTHOR or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. All rights are reserved worldwide.
You must treat the SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material, except that you may make one copy solely for backup or archival purposes. No part of the accompanying printed materials may be reproduced, transmitted, transcribed, or stored in any retrieval system without the express prior written permission of AUTHOR.
Termination
This LICENSE and your right to use the SOFTWARE will terminate immediately without notice from AUTHOR if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this LICENSE. Upon termination, you agree to destroy the SOFTWARE, including all accompanying documents and copies. This is in addition to and not in lieu of any criminal, civil, or other remedies available to AUTHOR.

Disclaimer of Warranty
The Author Expressly Disclaims All Warranties, Whether Express, Implied Or Statutory, Including, Without Limitation, The Implied Warranties Of Merchantability, Of Fitness For A Particular Purpose, And Any Warranty That May Arise By Reason Of Trade Usage, Custom, Or Course Of Dealing. Without Limiting The Foregoing, You Acknowledge That Software Is Provided "As Is" And That The Author Does Not Warrant That Software Will Run Uninterrupted Or Error Free Nor That Software Will Operate With Hardware And/Or Software Not Provided By The Author. This Disclaimer Of Warranty Constitutes An Essential Part Of The Agreement. Some States Do Not Allow The Exclusion Of Implied Warranties, So The Above Exclusion May Not Apply To You, And You May Have Other Rights, Which Vary From State To State.
Consumer Rights Not Affected. You may have additional consumer rights under your local laws, which this agreement cannot change.
