License and Maintenance Policy

  • Please keep your license credentials confidential, as each license is tied to your registered email address.
  • Each license is a floating license and requires an internet connection to activate. Offline licensing is currently not supported.
  • The floating license allows you to use the software on multiple computers with the specified number of slots. These slots determine the maximum number of computers that can run the software simultaneously, based on the license type you select.
  • If you close the software without an internet connection, the current software slot will be held for 4 hours. You can reopen the software on the same computer, but access from a different computer will be restricted during this 4-hour period.
  • Each license is linked to a subscription period. Once this period ends, renewing your subscription is necessary to continue using the software and to receive ongoing support, updates, and bug fixes.
  • When you place an order, you will receive a receipt that you can print and that contains the legal information you need.
  • After you place your order, you can download the receipt, and it is also sent to you by email as a PDF document.
